PPX has demonstrated through our 20 years of growth that we meet or exceed customers’ expectations for timely service, reliability, consistency and excellent communication.

Our Customer Service Center in Bloomington, MN monitors and controls the entire process from start to finish so that you will always get the support you need. It is staffed with highly trained professionals who have the necessary skills, training and passion that set them apart from others. With PPX you can expect around-the-clock customer service and support.

Currently more than half of our partnering facilities have been utilizing our services for 10 years or more. Some of our customers have at times chosen to try other x-ray providers, only to return to PPX once level of service decline, missing the responsiveness and quality that they had become accustomed to from PPX. We always learn from our customers, which is why PPX always meets regularly with Directors of Nursing, Administrators and other facility personnel to understand their perspectives on issues that affect the industry and their facility.

What Do PPX Customers Think?

In addition to informal feedback and regular customer visits and communication, we conduct a formal Customer Feedback Survey process once a year. We measure important variables, including: Ease of ordering, professionalism of our technologists, customer service, quality, and speed of service. The most current survey was in 2012, and the average satisfaction score was 4.62 on a 1 to 5 rating scale, with 1 being "Poor" and 5 being "Excellent".
