PPX is now DispatchHealth Imaging

Dear valued PPX customer, 

We are excited to share important news about Professional Portable X-Ray (PPX) and how this change will benefit your facility, residents, and patients who currently order and receive on-site x-rays and other diagnostic imaging services from PPX.

Effective February 1, 2023, PPX will be changing its brand name and logo to DispatchHealth Imaging. 

As you may know, PPX is now a part of DispatchHealth, a health care corporation which is building a comprehensive system of in-home acute and advanced care. Together with DispatchHealth, our mobile imaging division will assist in bringing high quality care to home patients across the country.

This PPX rebranding will not impact or disrupt any of the quality services you have come to expect from us over the years. There will be no changes to how your staff or providers order or receive our imaging services.

Starting in February, you will start seeing the new brand name and logo appear on our website, LatticePro portal, social media pages, handouts, collateral, company vehicles, etc. You will also notice the name change on our requisition forms, radiology reports, invoices, letterhead, and other company communications. Please share this notification with any of your staff who may work directly with PPX.

Also note that this rebranding does not affect our contact information or payment information.
